Arrive in Zurich and even tho it appears to be a nice airport, it's completely hopelessly disorganized. 4 times I asked for help to get a boarding pass and 3 times I was given the wrong info ... Back and forth, back and forth... Finally arrive at the gate after they ripped apart my carry on bags, and now they tell me I can't get a seat assigned ... It says STBY on my boarding pass ... when can I get my seat? No appropriate answer .. They say economy is overbooked.
What does that mean? My luggage is off to Delhi and I'm stuck here in Zurich??
I paid and am confirmed and yet they cannot give me a seat assignment!
I'm deathly afraid of getting the middle seat!
Moral of the story? I will never fly through Zurich again and especially on Swissair!!!
I'm tired upset and angry!
